WHAT?

I have been selling online and shipping worldwide since 1997, before eBay was called eBay, and when shipping rates didn't require a second mortgage.

In the last 25+ years I have never had an unsatisfied customer. I can recall once that a shipment was lost, and one time I sent two people each other's items. I'm still not even sure it was me that did it, but I'll take the heat on it.

I've shipped $1,000 bass guitars to Sweden, and 1,000s of records, tapes, DVDs, CDs, collectibles, and other ridiculous things around the world. Every time, the packaging and the items are given the same care that I hope someone else gives my goodies that come in the mail.

WHY?

I'm tired of the escalating Discogs and Paypal fees.  It only translates over to the customers, making all of us a little less happy and a lot more discerning in how we spend our hobby dollars.

I hope you find a benefit from shopping at Fullgonzo Shop, and I'll do my best to keep the costs down.
